At Nordlys, we promise smooth sailing from order to delivery.

Our Customer Service & Shipping Logistics teams are all about getting your new pieces to you fast and safely.

Before you place an order, take a quick peek at this shipping policy carefully to learn more about how and when your furniture will arrive.

You can call or email us, and we'll get back to you ASAP.

Note that we reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, at any time.

Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico yet.

 

Shipping & Tracking your Order:

 

In-stock merchandise is normally delivered-within 2 to 5 busines days.

These are estimates, but we'll do everything we can to get your furniture to you even sooner!

For most items, you'll receive a tracking number within 2-3 business days via email.

Once you have it, you can practically see your new furniture coming your way! Most deliveries should arrive within 5 business days.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Upon an orders arrival, we ask that customers carefully inspect their product(s) for any damages or defects.  You have 14 days from receiving your purchase to initiate a return.

Just email us at help@nordlysfurniture.com. We'll review your request and get back to you with instructions. Approved returns take about 2-3 weeks to process. 

Postage for returns is paid for by the customer. Please make sure your purchased item is in the original packaging and without any damages before sending. Items received damaged will not be eligible for refund.

In the event that an item arrives damaged, be sure to contact us ASAP at help@nordlysfurniture.com.

The customer is responsible for any return freight shipping costs. The only exception is if the wrong item is sent or if item arrives damaged. In that case we can offer partial/full refund or we can have it shipped back and send a replacement.

 

Cancellations

 

Want to cancel your order? We've got you covered – as long as it hasn't already shipped! If it has, you'll need to follow our return policy (see above).

A request to cancel isn't a guarantee.

Our team will do their best to stop the shipping process before your order officially gets canceled. This can take up to 3 business days, and we'll confirm with you once it's done.
